Yes, Samtech offers support for MAC systems and the setup and management of Bonjour.
Does Samtech require a minimum number of systems for support
No, Samtech does not have a defined minimum requirement to qualify for support, but we do require an environment to be on a Domain. We do not typically take on clients on a workgroup for security and management reasons. With that said, we will help new clients develop and deploy a new Domain Controller.
Does Samtech implement an SLA?
Yes, Samtech has a 2 hour SLA for our managed service clients, but 99% of all calls can be address when the client calls in.
So I have to be an MSP client to have Samtech work on my systems
No, Samtech does not require anyone to have an MSP agreement for us to help work on your enviroment. Our consulting team and project team will help design, configure, and deploy servers, network, or voice solutions. It would be beneficial to have a support agreement to ensure your infrastructure is maintained, but never required.
Is it expensive to implement an MSP agreement with Samtech?
Samtech’s pricing structure is based on the number and type of systems we are managing. It typically cost less to outsource to Samtech then hiring your own internal IT person or team and with your partnership with Samtech you have access to a team of engineers that all have different specialties instead of hiring an engineer that has a single area of expertise.
Do I have to use a certain brand equipment to partner with Samtech?
No, while Samtech does have a core lineup of hardware vendors we partner with and recommend, our engineers maintain certifications with all the major hardware vendors to ensure we are prepared to work with any enterprise equipment you have deployed in your environment.
